Job Description Performs day to day financial transactions, including verification, classification and recording accounts payable data. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Completes payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries. Prepares AP and APV voucher using EBT system Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos. Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. Maintains historical records and filing documents. Disburses petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation. Analyze workflow processes Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes (sales tax, etc.) Understands expense accounts and cost centers. Qualifications: Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related field At least 1 year of experience in Accounting transactions With knowledge and expertise in Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables With knowledge and experience in financial policies and regulations Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with other nationalities Willingness to work full onsite in Commonwealth
