Sales Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to handle B2B sales and promotion of technical products and services. The role requires daily field work, customer visits, and building strong client relationships. Candidates with an engineering or 4-year degree are encouraged to apply, with or without prior experience.

- Report sales performance to the Group Business Manager

Job Details
Compensation & Benefits: Monthly Salary: ₱16,000 - 20,000
Employment Type: Direct Hire / Regular
Work Locations (Choose your preferred base):
Candidates must be willing to travel, perform field work, and be assigned or relocated to:
- Sta. Rosa, Laguna
- Pasig City
- Mandaue City, Cebu
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:40 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month only (8:40 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Sundays and alternating Saturdays are OFF.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell the company's technical products and services.
- Daily Field Work: Conduct daily customer visits to understand client needs and map out market intelligence.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer pain points and present company products as effective solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Direct Reporting: Work closely with and report sales performance directly to the Group Business Manager.
Candidate Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of any Engineering Degree (having a PRC License is an advantage), Technical course, or any 4-year degree course.
- Experience: With or without experience! Open to candidates with a background in sales, marketing, customer service, or fresh graduates with a passion for growth.
- Gender: Male or Female applicants are welcome.
- Traits: Willing to travel, highly motivated, and comfortable doing daily field work.
