Store Staff

Job Summary We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to support our daily retail store operations. The position involves a combination of sales, cashiering, inventory management, stock handling, and general store responsibilities. Qualifications - At least High School Graduate; college undergraduates and college graduates are welcome. - Basic knowledge of retail store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory handling, is preferred. - With or without previous work experience; willing to undergo training. - Physically capable of safely lifting, carrying, and moving heavy merchandise and organizing stocks. - Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Able to perform basic calculations, handle cash transactions accurately, and identify discrepancies. - Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn POS and inventory systems. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow established procedures. - Honest, trustworthy, hardworking, and responsible. - Punctual, reliable, and committed to assigned work schedules. - Willing to perform various store responsibilities based on operational needs. - Preferably residing in Marikina City or nearby areas, with convenient access to the workplace in Tumana, Marikina. - Must be able to report to work consistently and on time, including when assigned to store opening duties. Key Responsibilities - Assist customers, recommend products, and generate sales. - Handle cashiering, payment processing, and daily cash reconciliation when assigned. - Receive, unload, carry, and organize stocks and deliveries. - Monitor inventory, conduct stock counts, and identify discrepancies. - Replenish shelves and maintain organized product displays. - Prepare customer orders and assist in order fulfillment. - Maintain stockroom organization and store cleanliness. - Perform assigned opening and closing procedures. - Prepare basic sales, inventory, and operational reports when assigned. - Perform other store-related duties as required.
