E-Commerce Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. E-Commerce Platform Management - Manage Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online selling platforms. - Upload products and update listings, descriptions, prices, images, and promotions. - Ensure product information, pricing, and store details are accurate and updated. 2. Inventory Monitoring - Monitor online inventory and product availability. - Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams for stock replenishment. - Ensure sufficient inventory during sales campaigns and promotional periods. 3. Online Sales & Campaign Management - Implement online promotions, vouchers, Payday Sales, and Double-Digit campaigns. - Monitor sales performance, orders, and platform activities. - Identify opportunities to improve online sales and store performance. 4. Sales Reporting - Prepare daily sales and inventory reports. - Track sales, orders, product performance, and campaign results. - Provide recommendations to improve online sales performance. 5. Customer Experience Management - Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback. - Coordinate with customer service regarding inquiries, complaints, and order concerns. - Help maintain good customer satisfaction and store ratings. 6. Corporate Voucher Program Support - Assist in managing corporate voucher programs and online purchasing campaigns. - Coordinate voucher distribution, redemption, and utilization with corporate clients. - Prepare voucher performance reports when needed.
