Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Manager in Valenzuela City to develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead the sales team. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, manage key client relationships, and report to senior management. A background in business forms or the food packaging industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to enhance performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business or Marketing related courses.
- 10 years in Sales Department, 5 years of which are Managerial.
- Preferably Female.
- Experience in business forms or food packaging industry preferred.
- Sales Strategy, Sales Targets, and Sales Team Management skills.
- Market Research and Business Development skills.
- Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday
