Job Summary
We are seeking a Solutions Architect (Generalist) based in Cebu to design integrated enterprise solution roadmaps and serve as the Technical Lead during project implementations. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of relevant IT experience, strong technical knowledge across diverse infrastructure technologies, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include profiling client businesses, making technology recommendations, and driving business growth for assigned solutions.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Design an integrated enterprise solution roadmap positioning assigned technology that meets the client’s needs and allows for sales margin and revenue.
- Serve as the Technical Lead during project implementation until turnover.
- Appropriate & holistic profile of the client’s business.
- New recommendations on previous installations for additional client requirements.
- Achieved targets that will grow the assigned technology and/or solutions’ enterprise business.
Requirements:
- A degree holder in any Computer related course.
- Certifications in various computing & digital technologies.
- Seven to ten years of relevant experience is required.
- Strong background in diverse IT technologies available in both local and foreign markets including servers, storage, virtualization, networking and security.
- IT consultancy, Product research, or technical-related experience is required.
- Technical sales and/or business development work experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
