Job Summary
ContantiKnow PH is hiring Call Center Agents for Voice and Non-Voice Accounts with a fast, one-day onsite application process. Candidates will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns professionally. The role requires good English communication skills and willingness to work on shifting and night schedules.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or higher.
- Good English communication and comprehension skills.
- Willing to work onsite, on shifting schedules, and night shifts.
- Fresh graduates, first-time jobseekers, and career shifters are welcome.
- At least 6 months of international customer service experience is an advantage, but not required for all accounts.
