Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative provides professional and timely assistance to customers regarding retail inquiries, including orders, payments, and account concerns. This onsite role requires managing customer interactions efficiently in a fast-paced BPO environment. Candidates must be patient, empathetic, and capable of maintaining high standards of service quality.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to retail products, orders, delivery status, returns, refunds, payments, and account concerns.
- Provide accurate and helpful information based on account guidelines and company policies.
- Assist customers in resolving concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Follow proper verification, escalation, and customer handling procedures.
- Maintain quality service, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School Graduate for any segment.
- High School Graduate candidates may qualify if they have 6 months of BPO or relevant experience based on account requirements.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Baguio.
- Willing to work on a 24/7 shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple tools.
