Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound interactions for UK financial accounts. You will assist customers with banking inquiries, payments, and loan applications while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role requires experience in banking or financial services and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities

Required Skills
- 1-2 years experience in banking/financial BPO
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Details
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or 2nd Year College completed up to College Graduate
- 1–2 years of experience handling US or UK banking/financial accounts in a contact center environment
- Experience in banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar financial services roles
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling international customers
