HVAC Drafter
Job Summary
The HVAC Drafter will be responsible for preparing and updating technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to resolve clashes and ensure project requirements are met. You will also conduct site visits and maintain project documentation to support seamless construction processes.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD based on project requirements.
- Revise drawings according to engineers’ instructions, site conditions, and project needs.
- Identify and resolve clashes between ducts, pipes, beams, ceilings, and other services.
- Work with engineers, project managers, and team members to support design and drafting work.
- Maintain proper filing of drawings and project documents.
- Conduct site visits when required to check site conditions and installation details.
- Carry out other drafting duties assigned by the Project Management Team.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant drafting experience in ACMV/HVAC systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ACMV systems such as AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, and chilled water systems.
- Able to perform 3D modelling using Revit and detect clashes using Navisworks.
- Familiar with Singapore construction standards and codes (e.g., SS, CP, BCA requirements).
- Able to read and understand M&E drawings.
