Customer Service Representative

Job Description We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account. In this role, you will assist customers by addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent customer service through phone interactions. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously. - Answer customer inquiries related to healthcare services, benefits, and account information. - Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. - Document customer interactions accurately in the system. - Meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards. - Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies. Qualifications - College graduate (preferred based on this hiring requirement). - Good to excellent English communication skills. - Basic computer navigation and typing skills. - Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required. - Willing to work at the Cavite site. - BPO experience is an advantage but may not be required, depending on the account.
