Job Details

Key Responsibilities: - Drive membership growth through lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and other business development initiatives. - Promote CMAP's services, programs, training, events, and membership benefits to prospective members, clients, and partners. - Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, service agreements, and other business development materials. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, support client onboarding, and maintain positive relationships with members, clients, and stakeholders. - Create promotional materials, posters, event programs, and marketing content for trainings, seminars, conferences, industry updates, and other CMAP activities. - Plan and coordinate trainings, seminars, conferences, and member events, including venue arrangements, suppliers, registrations, announcements, and invitations. - Identify organizations, associations, and industry groups that can help expand CMAP's network and strategic partnerships. - Prepare reports, meeting minutes, business correspondence, and performance updates, and assist management with special projects and other assigned tasks.
