Job Summary

Job Details

The Role Perform day-to-day HRS operations, functions, and duties ensuring adherence to service level standards and metrics. Administer ServiceCentral resolutions based on assigned access and other HR systems-related support. Assist with maintaining accurate employee records including associate personal files. Participate in ad hoc projects pertaining to Human Resources and/or office-wide issues. Follow defined processes in HRS and cooperate on process efficiency, workload monitoring, and improvement projects. Identify potential for better team efficiencies and coordinate with leadership on implementation. Maintain full responsibility for employee data accuracy and privacy. Facilitate monitoring of team tasks and ensure accurate entry of completion in trackers. Sharpen expertise and deep knowledge of HR issues to gain credibility in different areas. Enrich processes and value-added services for internal customers. Facilitate professional excellence through quality delivery of HRS tasks and expertise in process mapping and design. The Requirements Bachelor's Degree required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to plan and prioritize workload. Ability to use own initiative while working under instruction as required. Ability to work as part of a team and independently with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Maintain good working relationships with colleagues across HR. Ability to provide high standards of customer care. Methodical and organized approach to tasks. Quick learner and self-motivated. Flexible and adaptable to changes. Working knowledge of Excel and Word preferred. Willingness to be assigned to the APAC shift. This is a temporary position from May to October 2026.
