Job Summary
This role involves participating in or leading the implementation of software solutions for clients. The associate will provide assistance and support to clients regarding system issues and queries. Additionally, they will be involved in testing newly developed products, enhancements, and customizations.

Job Details
• Participates or leads the implementation of the software solutions (financial, HRIS, CRM) on clients or projects
• Provides assistance to clients on issues encountered in the use of the system
• Attends to client queries, provide the necessary assistance, support and advice to the client as needed.
• Participates or involve in doing tests on newly developed products, existing products enhancements and customization
