Job Summary

Job Details

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system - Process invoices, reimbursements, and monitor accounts payable and receivable - Collect and receive payables and supporting documents, including project billings from subcontractors, completion or building evaluation documents from the Operations Department, utility bills, office rentals, insurance, taxes, and other related documents - Perform timekeeping and payroll computation of employees - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and account reconciliations - Work closely with the Accounting Officer in processing project billings to ensure completeness and accuracy of required documents - Coordinate with the Accounting Officer to ensure payments released are accurate and aligned with Operations’ evaluation and assessment of subcontractor billings - Ensure all transactions and reports are accurate and properly reviewed to avoid errors, delays, and penalties - Organize and maintain financial and company records (e.g., 201 files) - Assist during audits, month-end closing, and compliance activities - Perform general administrative and other ad hoc tasks assigned by management Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related accounting course - Open to fresh graduates - Basic understanding of accounting and payroll processes - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Willing to handle a variety of administrative and accounting tasks - Can start ASAP Preferred Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment - Good written and communication skills - Keen attention to detail - Strong analytical, computation, and mathematical skills
