Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently. - Provide accurate information regarding banking and financial services. - Assist customers with account and service-related requests. - Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Document customer interactions accurately in the system. - Follow established policies, procedures, and quality standards. - Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and financial information. - Deliver excellent customer service and meet established performance targets. Qualifications - High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate - At least 6 months Customer Contact Experience (CCE) - B2 CEFR English proficiency - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Customer-service oriented with good problem-solving skills - Basic computer and typing skills - Willing to work onsite - Willing to work in a BFSI account Compensation Salary Package: ₱23,000
