Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative for Technical Support, you will help customers resolve technical issues while delivering exceptional customer service. You will troubleshoot devices, assist with account concerns, and guide customers through step-by-step solutions. This role offers the training and support needed to grow your customer service and technical support skills.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
As a Customer Service Representative – Technical Support, you will:
• Handle inbound customer service and technical support calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to products, services, devices, or accounts.
• Diagnose customer concerns, identify solutions, and guide customers through resolution steps.
• Provide excellent customer service while meeting quality, productivity, and customer experience goals.
• Explain technical concepts in a clear, simple, and customer-friendly manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately using company systems and tools.
• Build trust by taking ownership of customer concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.
What We're Looking For
• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate.
• At least six (6) months of BPO, customer service, call center, or technical support experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues is an advantage.
• Comfortable using computers, multiple applications, and online tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
