Shift Supervisor

Job Requirements At least Senior High School Graduate; College Graduate is an advantage With experience as a Shift Supervisor or in a supervisory role Experience in food service, retail, or similar operations is an advantage Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and customer service skills Organized, responsible, and able to multitask Able to handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays Willing to be assigned in Manggahan, Pasig City Responsibilities Supervise and manage staff during assigned shifts Assign tasks and monitor employee performance Ensure smooth daily store operations Assist customers and handle complaints professionally Monitor product quality, cleanliness, and service standards Ensure proper cash handling and inventory procedures Monitor staff attendance and shift schedules Train and guide team members when needed Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures Prepare and submit shift reports to management Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager
