Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager Location: Metro Manila Work Setup: Onsite Salary up to PHP 60,000 Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance, and lead the accounting team. The role is responsible for supporting business decisions through timely financial insights and effective financial management. Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations - Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure accuracy of financial records. - Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and financial transactions. - Implement financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies. - Analyze financial performance and identify potential risks. - Lead month-end closing activities. Financial Reporting & Compliance - Prepare and present weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly financial reports. - Provide financial insights to support management decisions. - Assist in budget planning and monitoring. - Ensure timely submission of government and regulatory reports. - Stay updated on tax and regulatory requirements. Leadership & Team Management - Lead and supervise a team of four (4) accounting staff. - Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs. - Manage administrative tasks, including attendance and approvals. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business objectives. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. - CPA is an advantage but not required. - 5–7 years of experience in an Accounting Manager role. - Experience with accounting systems such as Helix, Xero, or similar platforms. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
