About the role We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our business, handling transactions accurately, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for our customers. Key responsibilities - Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide a pleasant shopping experience. - Process cash, credit, debit, and digital payments accurately using the POS system. - Maintain an accurate cash drawer, balance drawer at the beginning and end of shifts, and prepare cash drops. - Keep the checkout counter clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. - Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally and efficiently. About you - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is an advantage, but fresh graduates/entry-level applicants are welcome to apply. - Basic math and computer skills. - Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. - High level of honesty, reliability, and attention to detail.
