Training Specialist

What you'll be doing Assess training needs across the organization and design tailored training programs to address skill gaps Develop engaging and informative training content, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and curate high-quality training materials Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs, making continuous improvements to enhance their effectiveness Maintain training records and documentation to support organizational learning and development initiatives Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry Experience in Training Module Development and Design, learning facilitation Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace Excellent communication and collaboration skills, interpersonal and analytical Knowledge with editing platforms (Canva, adobe, capcut etc.) Willing to travel outside Cebu What we offer Free Medical insurance including dependents (upon regularization) Life insurance (upon regularization) SL convertible to cash & VL pro-rated upon regularization Free shuttle service Longevity pay Employee Engagement activities Employee discount (10%) on all employee SFI outlet stores Rice subsidy and emergency leave (upon regularization)
