Job Summary
The Healthcare Business Development Officer will identify business gaps, develop strategic solutions, and drive growth for HMO and healthcare service offerings. This onsite role in BGC, Taguig requires at least 3 years of business development experience, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry. The successful candidate will build strong corporate accounts, monitor performance metrics, and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Business Solutions, or similar role
• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance Agency is required
• Experience handling HMO, healthcare, or medical-related accounts is an advantage
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and client management skills
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
• Can start as soon as possible
