HCM Trainer
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Trainer with a strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) to deliver effective training programs and support employee development. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a related field and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs, conducting onboarding, and assessing training effectiveness.
