Healthcare Analytics Supervisor

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Revenue & Analytics Supervisor to lead and oversee analytics initiatives related to managed care operations, reimbursement, and revenue performance. This role is responsible for supervising analysts, reviewing complex analytical outputs, and ensuring data-driven insights support financial and operational decision-making. The supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate contracts, monitor value-based performance, and optimize net revenue outcomes. Key responsibilities include overseeing contract and revenue analytics, validating analytical models and reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of dashboards and data outputs produced by the analytics team. The role requires strong leadership, healthcare financial knowledge, and the ability to interpret and challenge analytical findings to drive strategic improvements. Qualifications - 5+ years of progressive experience in managed care operations, reimbursement analytics, revenue analytics, healthcare finance, medical economics, or related healthcare consulting roles (required) - 2+ years of people leadership experience, managing analysts or technical professionals (required) - Proven experience overseeing contract analytics, value-based performance reporting, net revenue analytics, and/or revenue analytics application outputs (required) - Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and/or Power BI, as well as analytics platforms, sufficient to review, validate, and challenge analytical outputs (hands-on development not required) - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights - Experience working in cross-functional healthcare or payer-provider environments is a plus
