Job Summary

Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.
Experience Level: At least 2-3 years of experience in learning and development or a related HR role.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS platforms
- Experience in e-learning design and tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, etc.) is an advantage.
