Plan and execute daily educational activities that stimulate curiosity and promote learning in areas such as language, math, and motor skills. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages teamwork, respect, and self-confidence. Monitor and assess children’s developmental progress, documenting observations and adjusting lesson plans as needed. Certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with a focus on preschool education. Experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively while maintaining a fun, structured environment.
