On Call Facilitator

Deliver training sessions, workshops, or seminars on an as-needed basis. Facilitate discussions and activities to engage participants and meet learning objectives. Prepare and organize training materials, presentations, and tools. Adapt training content and approach based on the audience and specific requirements. Collaborate with the training team to ensure the sessions align with company goals. Provide feedback, assess participant performance, and document session outcomes. Maintain a professional and dynamic training environment. Proven experience as a trainer, facilitator, or in a similar role (preferred). Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups effectively. Proficiency in using training tools and technology (e.g., presentation software, virtual platforms). Flexibility to work on short notice and manage irregular schedules. Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing needs. Bachelor’s degree in education, communication, or a related field (preferred). Certification in training, facilitation, or a relevant area (advantageous). Professional demeanor and ability to foster a positive learning environment.
