Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
We are expanding our Cebu City operations and urgently hiring passionate Customer Service Representatives to deliver world-class support across medical, healthcare, retail, logistics and airline accounts. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply with no experience required. Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City with shifting schedules, including nights.

Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Meets educational requirements (College graduate, undergraduate, or SHS with BPO experience)
Job Details
Who We’re Looking For
- College Graduate (with or without experience)
- College Undergraduate (at least 2 years / 4 semesters completed)
- Senior High School Graduate (with minimum 6 months BPO/call center experience)
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply – no experience required!
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work on-site in Cebu City (shifting schedules, including nights)
