Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in training, marketing, sales, or customer service (fresh grads welcome)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Key Responsibilities
- Training & Onboarding: Lead the orientation and foundational training of all new sales recruits, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive onboarding experience.
- Ethics & Policy Compliance: Ensure all incoming recruits and current sales forces thoroughly understand and uphold company sales ethics, internal conflict-resolution protocols, and Rep of Record guidelines.
- Presentations & Facilitation: Deliver professional orientations and dynamic presentations to both prospective clients and internal teams as business needs dictate.
- Content Development: Design, create, and regularly revise presentation slides, training modules, and supplementary educational materials to keep curriculum current and effective.
- Cross-Functional Support: Provide flexible, proactive assistance to the training unit and collaborate with other departments on special projects and additional tasks as deemed necessary by management.
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of preferred experience in training, marketing, sales, customer service, or a similar field. Fresh grads are also welcome to apply!
