The Technical Training Officer is responsible for conducting simulator-based and technical training for marine engine officers. The role requires expertise in IGF vessel operations and adherence to maritime training standards. Candidates must hold valid management-level certifications and relevant instructional experience.

Job Details
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified Engine Officer at the Management Level with at least one (1) year of experience as a Second Engineer onboard seagoing vessels.
Proficient in the use and operation of IGF vessel simulators.
Computer and digitally proficient, with the ability to use relevant training technologies and software.
With teaching or training experience in the relevant maritime field.
Holder of IMO Model Courses 6.09 and 6.10 certificates.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARD:
Holds a valid Engine Officer Certificate of Competency at the Management Level.
Has a minimum of one (1) year of seagoing experience as a Second Engineer.
Demonstrates competence in IGF vessel operations and simulator-based training.
Has relevant experience in instruction, training, and/or competency assessment of Engine Officers.
Possesses the required IMO Model Courses 6.09 and 6.10, along with adequate computer and digital skills.
