Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Advanced Customer Support Specialists to join our onsite team in Pasig City. This position focuses on providing customer assistance through chat and email, with an emphasis on resolving complex concerns accurately, efficiently, and professionally. The successful candidate should be comfortable handling sensitive cases and working with confidential customer information.

- Assist with transaction, payment, and account-related inquiries.
- Handle customer verification and account security concerns.
- Review and appropriately manage cases involving potential fraud.
- Support escalated customer concerns and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
- Address cases related to compliance and account integrity.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
- Handle sensitive customer information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet company quality and service standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling customer escalations or complex concerns.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Professional, customer-focused, and able to remain composed in challenging situations.
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
Compensation & Employment Details
- Salary: Up to ₱45,000 per month
