Job Details
INSURANCE SALES AGENT – NON-LIFE INSURANCE
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals to develop a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
- Present and explain insurance products and services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific financial needs and objectives
- Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their circumstances and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to clients, clearly outlining product features, benefits and pricing
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales
What we're looking for:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Senior High School graduate; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least six (6) months of experience in sales, insurance, account management, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience in Life Insurance, Non-Life Insurance, Automotive, or Sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong sales personality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools.
- Professional, trustworthy, and results-driven
