Customer Service: Greet customers, offer personalized eyewear consultations, and help them choose frames, lenses, and sunglasses that fit their needs.
Sales & Promotion: Promote company products and services, upsell add-ons (like anti-radiation or progressive lenses), and work to meet individual and branch sales targets.
Transactions: Process payments using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, issue official receipts, and prepare accurate job orders.
Store Operations: Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, maintain clean visual displays, and restock products on the sales floor.
