Delivery Driver

Job Summary Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products, documents, or packages to customers, as well as collecting payments and maintaining accurate delivery and collection records. The position requires reliability, honesty, good customer service, and the ability to handle deliveries and cash responsibly. Key Responsibilities - Deliver products, packages, documents, or other items to customers safely and on time. - Collect payments from customers and issue receipts when required. - Ensure that all collected payments are accurate and properly recorded. - Verify delivery items, quantities, and customer information before completing deliveries. - Obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required. - Handle cash, documents, and company items with care and accountability. - Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and concerns. - Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle or motorcycle. - Follow traffic regulations, safety procedures, and company policies. - Submit delivery reports, receipts, and collected payments to the designated supervisor or office. - Report damaged items, failed deliveries, payment discrepancies, or other concerns immediately. - Perform other duties related to delivery and collection as assigned by management. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
