Service Crew

Job Description We are looking for a Service Crew who will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service while assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The successful candidate will help ensure that customers have a pleasant dining experience and that the restaurant remains clean, organized, and well-maintained. Job Responsibilities - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Take and accurately process customer orders. - Serve food and beverages promptly and properly. - Assist customers with menu inquiries and requests. - Prepare tables and ensure dining areas are clean and organized. - Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service area, and other assigned areas. - Assist in basic food preparation and kitchen-related tasks when needed. - Handle cash, payments, and receipts accurately when assigned. - Replenish food, beverages, condiments, and other restaurant supplies. - Assist with opening and closing restaurant procedures. - Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operating procedures. - Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations. - Perform other duties related to restaurant operations as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications - Preferably a graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related course. - College undergraduates are welcome to apply. - Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant operations is an advantage. - Experience working in a Japanese restaurant is a plus. - Friendly, cheerful, and customer-oriented. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Honest, reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. - Flexible and willing to perform different restaurant duties as needed.
