This involves analyzing production costs, overhead, and operational expenses to optimize profitability and maintain financial stability Supervision and Team Management Supervise the accounting team, delegate tasks, train new staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting procedures. Compliance and Internal Controls Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards. This includes overseeing audits, implementing accounting policies, and maintaining internal controls to prevent discrepancies or financial misstatements Cash Flow and Financial Health Management Monitor cash flow, manage accounts receivable and payable, and ensure timely processing of transactions. Effective cash flow management supports operational efficiency and long-term financial planning Project Planning and Problem-Solving Plan financial projects, set timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Identify issues quickly and implement solutions to maintain smooth financial operations Strategic Financial Insights Provide actionable insights to executives and stakeholders, helping guide business decisions, cost reduction strategies, and investment planning.
