Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to join our Retirement Services team. You will be responsible for delivering new hire training, conducting refresher sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring employees meet business objectives. You will also collaborate with teams to identify training needs, monitor performance, and drive continuous learning.

- 2+ years experience as Process Trainer
- 2+ years experience in Retirement Services

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Retirement Services.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Ability to assess training effectiveness and provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Willing to work onsite.
