Job Summary
Forest Lake Development Inc. is seeking a dynamic and proactive Regional Coordinator to oversee operations across assigned regional territories in Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao. In this vital role, you will bridge strategic head office directives with ground-level park execution, ensuring seamless operational continuity, standard compliance, and stakeholder alignment. You will balance administrative oversight—such as regional performance monitoring and report consolidation—with active field mobility to inspect site operations, support local teams, and resolve operational challenges on-site.

Job Title: Regional Coordinator
What You'll Do?
- Operational Execution & Supervision: Monitor daily park operations, inventory management, and maintenance standards across assigned branch locations to ensure strict alignment with corporate policies.
- Leadership & Team Coordination: Guide, support, and collaborate with local park personnel, sales partners, and administrative staff to ensure efficient branch workflows and high service quality.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary regional point of contact for local government units (LGUs), contractors, suppliers, and community partners to facilitate smooth project development and regulatory compliance.
- Financial Oversight & Reporting: Track regional operational expenditures, review branch financial requests, and consolidate operational reports for management evaluation.
- Field Monitoring & Quality Control: Conduct regular field visits across assigned provinces to audit site conditions, address customer service issues, and implement corrective measures promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Administration, Civil Engineering, or any related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in multi-site coordination, regional operations management, area supervision, or branch network oversight.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of regional territory management, vendor coordination, basic budget oversight, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools.
