Supply Planning Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply planning, inventory management, and replenishment, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing. Experience coordinating with manufacturing facilities, third-party suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong expertise in supply and demand planning, inventory optimization, and S&OE processes. Demonstrated ability to optimize inventory, control costs, mitigate supply risks, and drive continuous improvement. Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems and supply planning tools. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities. Proven ability to manage supply plans, production coordination, and supply allocation across multiple manufacturing sites and third-party suppliers. Responsibilities: - Lead inventory replenishment and deployment planning to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels. - Align supply plans with demand forecasts, customer service targets, and business priorities. - Lead weekly S&OE meetings to assess 13-week demand supportability and resolve supply constraints.
