Merchandising Assistant

Job Title: Merchandise and Sales Assistant Job Summary: Responsible for assisting customers, supporting daily sales activities, and ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and recorded. Duties and Responsibilities: - Greet customers, answer product inquiries, and assist with purchases. - Promote products and help achieve the store’s sales targets. - Arrange merchandise, replenish shelves, and ensure accurate price tags. - Receive and check deliveries against delivery documents, reporting any discrepancies. - Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts. - Process sales transactions and issue receipts when assigned. - Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items to the supervisor. - Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the selling and storage areas. - Coordinate customer concerns, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. - Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: - At least a graduate of Bachelor's Degree. - Experience in retail, sales, or inventory handling is an advantage. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Basic numerical and computer skills. - Organized, attentive to detail, and able to work well with a team.
