Retail Sales Associate

Customer Service and Sales - Welcome walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent customer service. - Promote products and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets. Product Consultation and Testing - Recommend appropriate lighting, electrical, and energy-efficient products based on customers’ needs and preferences. - Inspect and test products to ensure they are in good working condition before releasing them to customers. Cashiering and Sales Transactions - Process customer payments accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system. - Handle bank deposits, including cash and checks. - Prepare accurate sales quotations and other necessary transaction documents. Inventory and Stock Management - Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries. - Ensure shelves are properly stocked and products are displayed appropriately. - Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy. After-Sales Service and Customer Relations - Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions. - Maintain good relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-ups. - Encourage repeat purchases by providing reliable after-sales support and maintaining customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Requirements Educational Background - High school graduate or college-level applicant. - A background in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Technology, or a related field is an advantage. Work Experience - Applicants with experience in retail sales, customer service, or the sale of electrical, hardware, and lighting products are preferred.
