Branch Head
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Branch Head to oversee overall branch operations, drive operational excellence, and achieve business targets in a fast-paced banking environment. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of customer service, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead team efforts in funds generation and credit services. Strong leadership, operational judgment, and a proven track record in banking are required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee overall branch operations
- Ensure achievement of business targets and profitability
- Oversee administrative, control, and compliance servicing of the branch
- Identify client needs and offer banking products and services
Required Skills
- 4-year Business degree (Marketing, Financial Management, or Accountancy)
- 3-5 years solid banking experience as Branch Head, Operations Officer, or Marketing Officer
- Strong team leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Details
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be a 4-year course Business Graduate (a degree in Marketing, Financial Management, or Accountancy).
2. Must have a solid Banking Experience as Branch Head, Branch Operations Officer or Marketing Officer for more than (3-5 Years).
3. Must be able to identify client needs and offers appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services and other bank products and profitability target.
4. Oversees the overall servicing of the branch- including administrative, control and compliance bank products, services, policies, procedures and controls of Branch Officers and staff.
5. Must have experience marketing products and services with a target amount.

• Skills: Significant and extensive experience in both bank operations and marketing/business development.
• Business Acumen: Proven ability to source new business opportunities, build client relationships, and consistently achieve branch targets.
• Leadership: Strong team leadership, people management, and decision-making skills. High standards of honesty and integrity.
• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Iloilo Branch (specific someone from Dumangas, City Proper)
• Cebu Branch
• Dagupan Branch
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time, onsite, direct hire
Salary Range: Php 35,000.00 – Php 40,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)
