Job Details
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service, including but not limited to handling customer complaints, queries, returns, requests.
- Create social media campaigns, including but not limited to regular posts, announcements of holiday closures, promotional events or products.
- Develop marketing campaigns, goals and deadlines.
- Create reports on marketing and customer service performance.
- Perform market and client research.
- Organize special events in line with the company’s branding or image.
- Create signages, window displays, rack displays according to the company’s needs.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the customer service area.
- Performs other functions as required by the immediate superior or as required by the management.
