Job Summary
We are hiring an AI Developer to work onsite in Iloilo City. You will design, build, and integrate AI solutions into existing systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize impact. The role requires building production AI or ML systems, working with LLMs, and deploying AI workflows.

Job Details
Requirements:
Hard skills:
- 2+ years building production AI or ML systems
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Experience with APIs, prompt engineering, n8n, and RAG architectures
- Experience deploying models or AI workflows in production environments
Nice to have:
- Background in B2B or sales tech environments
- Experience with tools like LangChain, or Zapier
- Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL processes
Soft skills:
- You solve problems with minimal hand-holding
- You communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical people
- You ship fast and iterate faster
Duties & Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Design and build AI solutions.
- Integrate AI tools into existing Callbox systems and processes
- Develop and maintain prompt engineering frameworks and evaluation pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify where AI creates the most impact
- Monitor, test, and improve AI model performance over time
- Document systems clearly so teams can adopt and scale them
- Stay current on AI developments and bring relevant innovations to the table
