AR Specialist Voice

Job Summary We are looking for Accounts Receivable Specialists to join our logistics team. You will handle customer communication, track orders, resolve queries, and support everyday customer service needs over the phone. This role offers an early morning dayshift schedule in Cebu IT Park. Core Responsibilities • Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries and handle real-time communication regarding billing, orders, and services. • Order Tracking: Monitor shop orders and track shipments to resolve customer queries quickly. • System Data Entry: Use ERP or SAP applications daily to log information, update transaction files, and track account details. Qualifications • Education: College graduate of any course (Business or Accounting courses are a plus). • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience. • BPO background: Must be from a voice account. • Non-BPO background: Open to voice or non-voice experience. • Domain Knowledge: Past experience in Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding is highly preferred. • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience using an ERP or SAP software, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Communication: Excellent English verbal communication skills. • Shift Readiness: Must be willing to work 100% on-site in Cebu IT Park on an early morning Australian shift, and ready to start by November 6, 2026.
