Juice Bar Associate / Wellness Barista Forbestown BGC Kiosk Key Responsibilities Juice Bar Operations • Prepare Uncle Bob’s exclusive smoothies, shakes, and wellness drinks • Ensure all drinks follow our exact recipes and quality standards • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk bar and prep station • Properly handle and store ingredients following food safety standards Customer Experience • Welcome customers and explain Uncle Bob’s mission, ingredients, and wellness benefits • Educate customers about sea moss and gut health • Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences • Deliver a friendly, premium customer service experience Sales & Product Knowledge • Upsell Uncle Bob’s Sea Moss Jars, Wellness Shots, and Smoothies • Help customers understand how to incorporate sea moss into their routine • Meet sales targets with commission incentives for jar and drink sales Inventory & Organization • Monitor daily ingredient usage and track inventory levels • Ensure proper FIFO (first in, first out) stock rotation • Help restock supplies and maintain ingredient freshness • Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing storage Brand Representation • Share Uncle Bob’s mission of holistic wellness and real ingredients • Encourage customers to follow Uncle Bob’s on Instagram and social media • Help create a welcoming, positive wellness community at the kiosk Bonus Responsibilities (What Makes Our Kiosk Successful) These are the things that help a kiosk thrive and grow: • Suggest content opportunities (customer reactions, drink making videos) • Encourage customers to try samples and discover new flavors • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team • Maintain beautiful product displays and visual merchandising • Support occasional sampling events and pop-ups Qualifications • Experience working in a juice bar, café, smoothie shop, or similar environment • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to customers • Organized and detail-oriented • Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Sanitary permit needed Compensation • 750 daily pay plus commission (up to 2k a day!) • Quota incentives • Paid Training at 250 a day for 5 days • Sales commission on Sea Moss jars and drinks • Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing wellness brand
