We need someone who can take ownership of the end-to-end HR readiness cycle — from recruitment, onboarding, and training to deployment, retraining, and service continuity. The ideal candidate thrives in building systems, creating learning tools, and maintaining performance standards across all HR functions, including HR Representatives (Deployed HRs), Payroll, and Document Control. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and operational discipline, ensuring people readiness, service quality, and alignment with organizational needs.

- Develop and update training materials, competency frameworks, and performance tools for HR Representatives, Payroll, and Document Control teams.
- Conduct or oversee retraining sessions and performance validation for HRs needing improvement.
- Monitor training success, validation rates, and client satisfaction scores, and implement continuous improvement measures.
- Manage service continuity by maintaining a backup pool or rotation plan for HRs who are on leave, under retraining, or in transition.
- Collaborate with department heads and the HR Director to ensure that HR operations meet performance, compliance, and service quality standards.
The role requires strong people management, process design, analytical, and communication skills, as well as a mindset oriented toward systems, structure, and continuous improvement.
