Job Summary
ContantiKnow PH is hiring Call Center Representatives for voice accounts with a one-day onsite hiring process. Successful candidates will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues accurately, and meet performance targets. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns through phone calls.
- Provide helpful and accurate information about products, services, and account-related matters.
- Help customers resolve issues by understanding their needs and offering the right solutions.
- Keep every conversation professional, friendly, and customer-focused.
- Record customer interactions and update account information accurately.
- Meet account performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company guidelines, account procedures, and data privacy policies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply.
- With or without BPO experience, depending on account requirements.
- At least 6 months of international customer service experience is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite, on shifting schedules, and during night shifts, when required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Willing to complete the company's recruitment process and training.
