Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full sales funnel — from inquiry to project conversion — ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience.
- Follow up with warm leads and referrals, customizing solutions that fit client goals and DEQA's values.
- Identify new opportunities through outreach, site visits, and networking within our target markets.
- Prepare proposals, costings, pitch presentations, and marketing strategies in collaboration with our Design and BD Teams.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and collaborators, especially in real estate and construction.
- Research new markets and emerging trends to inform growth strategies and business directions.
- Maintain organized documentation of costings, proposals, and follow-throughs to ensure clarity and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in design/construction).
- Skilled in CRM systems, presentation tools, and digital communication.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; confident presenting to collaborators, decision-makers and executives.
- Strong understanding of design and construction project lifecycles.
