Customer Service Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Lazada/Marketplace, SMS, and phone calls. Provide accurate product information (tires, batteries, services, etc.). Assist customers in choosing the right products based on their needs. Prepare quotations and guide customers through the buying process. Follow up inquiries and convert leads into sales. Coordinate with store team for product availability and scheduling. Record customer orders and details properly. Maintain organized chat responses and conversation history. Handle customer concerns, complaints, and after-sales inquiries professionally. Meet daily and monthly sales targets. Qualifications: At least High School or Senior High graduate (College level is a plus). Experience in customer service, online selling, or sales is an advantage; if no experience, must be willing to learn and undergo training. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Tech-savvy (comfortable using Messenger, IG, Lazada, etc.). Fast responder and able to multitask. Patient, polite, and customer-focused. Honest, responsible, and hardworking. Preferred Skills: Sales-driven and goal-oriented. Good typing speed and grammar. Ability to handle multiple chats at the same time. Basic knowledge of cars is a plus (but not required). Work Setup: On-site / Office-based.
